Inside the Crease at the NCHC Frozen Faceoff

Spent the first weekend of March Madness shooting some #cawlidgehawkey across the river in St. Paul at the Xcel Energy Center.
Helped a friend of mine, Jim Rosvold, and ran a netcam for the NCHC Frozen Faceoff that featured №1 St. Cloud State, №3 Minnesota Duluth, №5 Denver and unranked Colorado College.
Netcam setup included the NHL-approved box with a Canon 1Dx and 15mm fisheye mounted inside the back of the net. Along with the netcam, I shot a few periods of action along the way. Enjoy!
Not ideal…
Game two, also not ideal…
The Championship Game between St. Cloud State and Minnesota Duluth was much more netcam friendly with no collisions throughout the entirety of the 2OT game.
